Terms and Conditions of Sale

ARTICLE 1 - Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) set out the rules applicable to the use of services offered by O RECIFE - Café Coworking, located at 12 Rue de la République, 06500 Menton.

ARTICLE 2 - Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to the services and sales conducted by O RECIFE (the "seller") on the website www.orecife.fr and at the Café Coworking premises. They apply without restriction or reservation to all sales made by the seller to customers, regardless of any clauses that may appear on the client's documents, including their purchase terms and conditions.

ARTICLE 3 - Acceptance of Terms of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale are provided systematically to any client upon request. By completing and confirming their order, the client accepts these T&Cs and their pricing fully and without reservation.

ARTICLE 4 - Description of Services and Subscriptions

O RECIFE - Café Coworking offers services that include: access to the coworking space, use of equipment, beverage services, shared and private spaces (reservation required), and Wi-Fi internet access. Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable; any attempt to transfer or share will result in termination without refund. Access to premises is restricted to the established opening hours of Café Coworking.

ARTICLE 5 - Order Confirmation

5.1 Access to private spaces requires prior reservation and payment made on www.orecife.fr. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation email following payment.

5.2 Automatic recording systems serve as proof of the order, which becomes final upon acceptance of the transaction by secure online payment services.

ARTICLE 6 - Changes / Cancellation

6.1 O RECIFE - Café Coworking reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time without notice. The new T&Cs will take effect upon their publication on communication platforms (website, on-site posting).

6.2 If a reservation is canceled by the client less than 48 hours before it begins, the seller retains the payment as compensation.

ARTICLE 7 - Behavior and Use of Premises

7.1 All users must behave respectfully toward staff, clients, and equipment. Respect for the premises is essential. Any damages will result in charges for repairs or replacement.

7.2 Users must respect the peace of other clients. Any disruptive activity may result in temporary or permanent expulsion without refund.

ARTICLE 8 - Suspension and Termination of Subscription

O RECIFE - Café Coworking reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription at any time if the terms of use are not followed. No refund will be issued in cases of suspension due to inappropriate behavior.

ARTICLE 9 - Pricing

9.1 Subscription and product prices are expressed in euros excluding taxes. They are subject to change without notice.

9.2 Payment is required in advance. Late payments will result in immediate suspension of services.

ARTICLE 10 - Payment

Payment is due at the time of ordering and may be made by credit card or bank transfer. If payment is not received, the subscription validation will be canceled.

ARTICLE 11 - Site Warranty

The seller provides no warranty for continuous availability of the website and does not guarantee it will be free of defects or viruses.

ARTICLE 12 - Liability

Product photos are for illustrative purposes only. Clients should refer to the description for precise characteristics.

Claims must be filed within a year from their origin to be considered valid.

ARTICLE 13 - Right of Withdrawal

No refund is possible in the event of partial or full cancellation of the reservation by the client.

ARTICLE 14 - Force Majeure

Neither party will be held liable in cases of force majeure, including exceptional health or weather circumstances.

ARTICLE 15 - Personal Data

Personal data is processed by O RECIFE for order management in accordance with legal and security obligations. Clients have rights to oppose, access, and correct their data in accordance with the law.

ARTICLE 16 - Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, clients are encouraged to seek an amicable solution with O RECIFE. If not resolved, the competent jurisdiction may be involved.

ARTICLE 17 - Client Acceptance

The client acknowledges having read these T&Cs and accepts them without reservation.
